We do our best to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely. All orders are processed and shipped from our facility in Louisiana. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before your order ships. Once your package is on its way, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Delivery times will vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Warm Weather Notice
Because our products can be sensitive to heat, we may adjust shipping schedules during warmer months to protect the quality of your candles.

Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@bourbonroyalty.com with your order number and photos, and our team will be happy to help.
