Refund policy

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES POLICY

RETAIL RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, eligible retail purchases may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to health, safety, or other applicable restrictions.

WHOLESALE ORDERS

Wholesale purchases are governed by separate wholesale terms, policies, and agreements. Retail return, refund, exchange, and cancellation policies do not apply to wholesale orders unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Bourbon Royalty Candle Company.

Wholesale customers should refer to their applicable wholesale agreement, Faire policies, MarketTime terms, or other approved purchasing terms for information regarding returns, damages, shortages, cancellations, and credits.

Any claims for damages, shortages, or order discrepancies must be reported within the timeframe specified in the applicable wholesale agreement or purchasing platform requirements.

Bourbon Royalty Candle Company does not accept returns on wholesale orders except in cases of verified shipping damage, manufacturing defects, or fulfillment errors reported within the required claim period.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank, as refunds can take several business days to post.

SALE ITEMS

Items purchased during clearance, closeout, final sale, or other promotional sales may not be eligible for return or refund unless required by law or unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@bourbonroyalty.com as soon as possible.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs of the product and packaging, if applicable

We will review the claim and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if an incorrect item was shipped.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product, shipping damage, or an error made by Bourbon Royalty Candle Company.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
